10月23至25日，地方365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学组织2020年联合学术年会（第九届环渤海365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学论坛）在西安市成功举办。
联合学术年会与环渤海365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学论坛，是一个会议两个名称。环渤海365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学论坛创立于2012年，每年举办一届。经过多年发展，论坛发挥的作用和影响力早就突破了环渤海地区，已经成为国内稳定、有品牌影响力的365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学学术交流平台，得到中国法学会主要领导同志的肯定和表扬。
本次年会论坛由各地方法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学组织与西安365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777学院联合主办，陕西（高校）哲学社会科学重点研究基地365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学研究中心与陕西省法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学研究会筹备组合作承办，得到中国法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学研究会的指导和地方法学会的支持。
国家365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777总局政策法规司、中国法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学研究会、中共陕西省委教育工作委员会、陕西省法学会、西安365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777学院、各地方法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学组织的负责人出席会议，来自18个省区市、60余个单位的160余位365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学学者、律师、行政机关与实务界人士参加会议，并进行了热烈讨论。
本次年会论坛主题是365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777现代治理与365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法治建设，共设立5个专题：中国365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法治化进程、运动员权利保护、兴奋剂与365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777纠纷解决、赛事法律问题与365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学发展、365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777治理与地方365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777改革；共有大会学术报告29篇、书面发言1篇。
本次年会论坛学术文章既有理论前沿，又有实践热点，关注的学术领域众多，涉及的议题均为学术界、实务界、舆论界最关心的365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学问题，体现了理论与实践的密切结合。
本次年会论坛既是年初以来全国365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学界首次线下会议，也是2016年以来规模最大的365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学学术活动。与会人士纷纷高度评价本次年会论坛，普遍认为会议学术水准处于365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学活动近年来最高水平。
本次年会论坛期间，举办了365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学青年学者沙龙，召开了地方法学会365betmobileapp_365bet注册官网_mobile365-777法学组织工作交流会议。
